Falck is a Scandinavian based organisation with business activities in most areas of Europe and on five continents. It consists of four different business areas, Assistance, Emergency, Healthcare and Training. Falck’s activities are directed at preventing accidents and disease; providing assistance in situations of emergency, accidents or need; and helping people move on with their lives after illness or accidents.
Falck is the largest privately owned ambulance company in Europe, providing ambulance services to the general public in seven countries in close collaboration with the authorities. Falck is also the largest privately operated fire fighting service in Europe with activities in six countries.
Falck is a world leader in rescue and safety courses, especially for staff in the off shore and maritime sector. In addition to this, the chemical industry, fire services, the aviation industry and military defence are being serviced by Falck at our more than 20 training centres worldwide.
In Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Estonia, Falck provides a wide range of services within roadside assistance, health, home safety and other assistance to corporate customers and private households.
Furthermore, Falck provides a number of other services for the public sector such as transport and rehabilitation of patients from the public hospital sector as well as operation of assistive equipment centres. We additionally provide several services for the police and the road authorities.
